You work as a temporary working as an Assistant staff in the trading representative office.
Currently general affairs people will take the maternity leave for 6 month from 12/2020~6/2021.
You work as a temporary general affairs during this period.
11/2020 is the time of taking over. You will take jobs over from currently general affairs.
The main jobs are below;
・Order Placement
Japanese manager made a contract for the company. You make order to company's group (Japan/ Vietnam)
You translate Vietnamese order sheet into English. Checking the documents, Management the ordering.etc.
・Checking regarding to the accountant with accounting company
The company uses accounting company, so you sometimes discuss regarding to the accountant with your accounting company
・Translation for Japanese manager.
You translate for Japanese manager. Once a month you go to the Binh Duong, Dong Nai with Japanese boss in order to translate
・Some jobs
Sometimes you go to the banks, you go to the Insurance office…etc
【Must required】※必須条件
・Can work in 11/2020~6/2021
・English: Read/Write(In order to make a document of order)
・Japanese:Using for business; at least N3 level
・Female/Men
・Ages:Graduated ~ 33
【Preferable Skill】※あれば歓迎する条件で、もし無くても応募可能
・Have a knowledge of Chemical
・Age under 30 will be welcome
※Currently General affairs people are 30 age.
8:00~17:00(T2〜T6)
営業時の車/タクシーあり(Company car/taxi on business use)
