Temporary Admin Executive
Bình Dương - Thuận An
Since current admin staff will maternity leave from December, 2020, they need to research new candidates.
The first of the month will take over from current staff who will leave in maternity.
The boss will be Vietnamese branch manager and Japanese manager in Hanoi.
Here are the concrete jobs below;
1. Basic accounting:
・Manage accounting documents
・Control Due date of AP Invoice, follow up payment suppliers;
・Make payment to suppliers by cash or bank, payment of advance payment and business trip expenses, allowance of staffs;
Issue PO to suppliers
· Manage Time sheet, Annual Leave, Overtime Sheet of employees;
· Calculate salary, insurance of employees, PIT for expatriates;
3. Reception responsibilities:
· Guest receiving;
· Telephone receiving and answering;
· Correspondence/ Documentation in and out
4. Administration responsibilities:
· In charge of keeping Company’s seal/ stamps;
· Hotel, air ticket booking when being requested;
· In charge of ordering and stock checking of stationery/drinking water and technical equipment to ensure the quantity is always available;
· Arrange working facilities for new hire: Working station, Taxi card, stationery, mobile phone, sim card, name card.
· Prepare visa, resident card and work permit for expatriates;
· Work with Government offices (Labor Dept, Tax Dept, Immigration Dept...) about documents & reports.
5. Other office works: assigned by the company.
