・仕入れ状況、原価、お客様人気を考慮した新商品開発 ・オペレーション設計(フロア/キッチン)と営業時の管理 ・プロモーションの企画及び実行 ・スタッフとのリレーション構築 ・仕入れ業者への発注業務、価格交渉、日々の情報収集 等 ・売上情報の管理、経営層への報告業務 ・現場でのマネジメント及びトラブルシューティング ・オーナーへの日々の営業状況の報告 ・その他必要に応じた業務

Operator in the several Japanese restaurant in Cambodia.
When you get entered, you will attend to the customer. After you learn how to make the business, you will become a owner of the store.
Operation duty’s are below.
・Product development
・Quality control
・Making estimate of the cost,
・Managing thestaffs,
・Management of the sales
・Report with the boss
Otherwise、You will do depends on the situations.
【必須条件】
・年齢 35 歳以下(社内の人材バランスの関係上)
・和食レストランでの調理業務経験 3 年以上 (商品開発に必要な調理の経験と知識が必須となります。)
・スタッフとのコミュニケーションに十分な英語力
・実直で嘘をつかない人間性
・自分の考えに固執せず、素直に人の意見を受け入れることができること
・ジョブホッパーでないこと(最低でも 1 所属先辺り 3 年以上の勤続歴を希望)
【希望条件】 ・複数店舗の統括業務経験
・レストラン運営に加えて事業経営の観点を併せ持っており、数値で事業を捉えて合理的な考 えでオペレーション設計や日々の改善ができること

・Age: ~35 years old
・English: Communication level in order to communicate with the boss
・Working as a chef in the Japanese restaurant at least 3 years.
・Long working people: Working in the same restaurant at least 3 years.
[Preferrable skills]
・Have an experience in operation
・Have a view of business
15:00~24:00(Holiday: once in aweek)
