  • POSITION SUMMARY 
    To manage our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
     

    SAP business development and generating sales leads and opportunities for the firm
    Provides competitive and other strategic information to support the sales such as but not limited to market pricing, competitor information, and market environment information
    Client communication and/or management as required to help influence the client to favourably view our tenders/proposals
    Analyze historical data and market data. Prepare, propose and monitor sales plan, sales targets, define sales strategies and initiatives against given KPI/sales targets
    Analyze the market, prioritize, develop sales strategy, identify target customers and derive actions list to meet personal and company objectives.
    Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with external parties such as business partners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
    Plan strategies to ensure healthy pipeline and profits
    Demonstrate existing relationships at the executive levels of local companies and key vendors.
    Demonstrate awareness of competitors in the SAP space and the differentiators required to be successful
    Develop and articulate key differentiators and messages for ABeam to our intended market
    Shows understanding of selling services within a consulting organization vs. system integrator
    Develop and maintain client satisfaction and continuous client relationship building
    Supervise, coach and guide on tasks as well as share and advise on problem solving solutions together with the implementation teams
    Develop relations with SAP and hold regular meetings with them to share the sales information each other
