鉄鋼部門薄板セクションの営業スタッフ(28歳、女性)のサポートと して入社いただきます。 そのため、鉄鋼業界、もしくは輸出入の実務経験を優遇します。入 社後すぐにサポートに入ることが可能な状態であることを望みます 。 業務が安定するまでは既存スタッフのサポートを主に担当いただき ますが、将来的には営業として勤務いただくことになります。 サポート業務が最初は主な業務になるため、気が利き、細かい仕事 も正確にできる性格が向いていると思います。 部署内の雰囲気は、自分の仕事に集中し、セクションごとに個々で 行動する感じです。全体的にフレンドリーです。直属の上司にあた るスタッフは英語がとても堪能で、主に外資系の顧客を担当してい ます。性格はオープンで面倒見が良いです。
