  • ・Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.

     ・Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
      ・Making daily in/out report.
         ・ Support to make quotation as being required
        ・Make rental contract with customers
        ・Accounting task: Make asset, issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with customer following payment status.
        ・Make site sheet everyday
        Other tasks as assigned by Leader/Manager.
