■流通商社として営業
└既存顧客対応、たまに新規開拓、見積書作成、成約。日系とベトナム系は半分。
└仕入先へ発注（得意先なら品質管理はしない。製造会社から買ったものも品質管理しない。現場いって納入確認はたまにする。新しい商材や新規顧客の場合なら、仕入先のチェックもする）
└営業事務スタッフもいるが基本的に契約書や請求書を作成。発注書等もサポートする時もある。
└物流会社とのやり取り
└回収までキッチリ対応
└目標はあるが、ノルマはない。すなわち給料は下がらない、むしろ新規開拓すれば、1件につき2~3mVNDのインセンティブが発生。一定条の売上を上げた上でベスト売上なら毎月4mVND
・たまに日本語通訳（ベトナム語のみスタッフとのやり取り）
└顧客、仕入れがベトナム系、日系半々のため

■Distribution trading sales
└ Dealing with existing customers, occasionally developing new customers, creating quotations, and concluding contracts. Half Japanese and half Vietnamese.

└ Place an order with a supplier (If you are a customer, we do not control quality. We do not control quality even if you buy from a manufacturing company. We occasionally check delivery at the site. If you are a new product or a new customer, check the supplier also)
└ There are sales admin staff, but basically they create contracts and invoices. Sometimes we also support purchase orders.
└ Communication with logistics companies
└ Correspondence until collection
└ There is a sales target, but there is no quota. In other words, the salary does not decrease, but rather if new development is done, an incentive of 2 to 3 mVND will be generated for each case. 4mVND every month for the best sales after raising a certain amount of sales
・ Occasionally Japanese interpreter (Vietnamese only exchange with staff)
└Because customers and purchases are Vietnamese and half Japanese
