Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies in travel industry. This includes monitoring changes in legislation and implementing necessary measures to maintain compliance.
Identifying and assessing legal and regulatory risks that may impact.
Overseeing dispute resolution processes and managing legal disputes, if any.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and provide guidance on legal implications.
Conducting legal training sessions and workshops to educate staff and managers on legal and compliance matters. Keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends and best practices in legal and corporate affairs within the company.
