Check and handle LC issuance procedures and monitor LCs.
Prepare and/or check documents: customs declaration, invoice, packing list, BL, CO, quality certificate, warranty letter, LOI, payment request, related forms, VAT (in case of domestic), etc. to match with LC or/and commercial contract.
Check & Determine HS code, Check export/import tax, VAT.
Transactions with banks, shipping agents, shipping lines, customs, warehouses, import and export procedures agents, inspectors, etc.
Solve problems that arise during and after the goods transportation process.
Prepare payment records and coordinate with the Sales department to track debts from customers/suppliers/transportation agents/shipping companies, etc.
Collect and store paperwork.
Resolve other arising problems
Other tasks related to documents and records as directed by superiors.
Report directly to the Head of Sales, and General Director.
Experience: 5 years or more. Must have experience in both break-bulk vessel and container shipment methods. Good knowledge and experience in import-export documents and procedures.
Degree and certificates: University degree in import-export, finance and banking or foreign trade or economics.
Foreign language: Basic English.
Computer skills: good at Microsoft office and system of customs declaration.
Personality: Be careful and proactive in work. Be meticulous and careful in preparing documents.
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
