Job Title：Sales Senior Staff or Assistant Manager
Job Description
" Taking care of large scale Japanese and non-Japanese multi-national enterprise companies (American, European, Korean, Taiwanese etc.)
" Cooperate with colleagues not only in Vietnam, but also in other countries (APAC/US/Aus/Euro) and head quarter in Japan
" Find our customer's business issues and propose ICT solution
" Solutions including mainly 5 fields below
System Integration (SI): Server (Virtualization), LAN, PBX, security system etc. 
Network Integration (NI): WAN such as MPLS and Leased line etc.
Datacenter/Cloud: Tier III DC, IaaS and SaaS solution etc.
Business Application: ERP, Work Flow etc. 
Others : Managed service, security assessment etc 
" Enhance relationship with customers
" Find new premium customers
" Cooperate and coordinate with engineering team, and compose proposal of solution with engineering team 
" Make quotation and contractual document for customer together with sales admin
" Team leading and coaching to junior members together with department head and company management
" Achieve annual sales target (Revenue and Operating Income)
" Other tasks as required
Job Requirement
" Bachelor's Degree (Foreign Language University is preferable, but not mandate)
" 5~8 years of working experience in ICT industry (Shorter experience can be considered, but experience in ICT industry)
" Basic knowledge on ICT such as network, server, PBX and datacentre. Knowledge on security and application system is preferred.
" Strong ability to communicate in English including speaking, writing and leading
" Interest in working as sales manager in near future
" Taking initiatives & initiating changes 
" Positive attitude toward the work
" Like to work as team
