  • We are looking for a Technical Service Director, with 10-plus years of experience in electrical engineering for equipment, preferably in retail and / or food industry, to lead our team of technicians to provide services for our clients.

    【Scope of Work】

    ①Financial and Budgetary:


     Be responsible for the P&L of Service
     Department, in line with the business plan of the company.
     Accountable for the budget of the technical service department.
     Researches, identifies and implements new opportunities to generate revenue through department activities.
     Creates mechanisms to track and monitor the success of revenue generating efforts.
     Creates and manages department expenses
     Continuously monitors and maintains revenue and profitability goals established for the department.


    ②Team Management:


     Develops the organizational structure of Technical Service Department. Develop the recruitment and training plan for Technical Service staff according to the strategy of the company.
     Coordinate the installation calendars and resources together with the project management team
     Quality control the work performed by the department to ensure client needs are satisfied.
     Ensure that the field technicians carry out tasks completed to time and designated service standards
     Aids with updating service & training documentation, performing on-site customer and 3rd party service training sessions.
     Organizes departmental calendars, assess staff performance, train technical staff in accordance with the equipment and machinery has been and will be provided for customers to use.
     Thoroughly manages the uniform procedures of the Technical Services Department when meeting customers and partners.


    ③Customer Services:


     Participates in technical consulting assignments in big projects together with Business Development officers.
     Inspects and oversees technical and service work for the contracts of the winning project, including maintenance contract for the customer. Plan the equipment’s installation and delivery to customers and provide technology transfer training to technical staff of customers.
     Organizes installation, training, user instructions for customers and partners.
     Provides warranty and maintenance services: Ensure that systems and equipment which have been sold to customers are operating in good condition and without interruption. Identify and warn customers of operational risks; propose and implement measures to prevent incidents and minimize risks
     Responsible for maintenance, repair of electrical system, electronics equipment, refrigeration, water equipment and machinery which the company provides to customers and partners.
     Implements and supervises electrical safety procedures to ensure occupational safety.


    ④R&D:


     Monitors, manages and plans the ordering of items, spare parts, spare parts for maintenance, maintenance and warranty for customers, partners.
     Monitors the quality of the parts and make quality reports.
     Proposes solutions to improve the company's technical systems as well as customers’ to reduce waste and maintenance costs.
     Researches products that have been, are, and will be delivered to customers. Plan partner capacity’s check.


    ⑤Others:


     Negotiates with foreign partners related to technical issues of equipment and machinery supplied by the supplier.
     Performs other tasks that arise during the working process or as requested from the BOM.
     Reports weekly and monthly to the BOM.
     Based on the tasks above, Technical Service Director will develop detailed daily / weekly activity board, work procedures and KPI of staff.
