    I. Purpose of the job Conduct & implement OEM/OES sales activities according to company’s plan & objectives.
    II. Responsibilities
    A. Manage and control OEM-OES sales activities (daily, weekly, monthly)
    B. Make and plan OEM OES events
    C. Manage and take care of customers (Honda, Yamaha…)
    D. Coordinate sales activities based on management level’s assignments
    III. Mission & description details
    A. Manage & control OEM-OES sales activities (daily, weekly, monthly) - Manage OEM/OES sales activities (Honda, Yamaha, Piaggio, Suzuki, SYM) - Plan and negotiate with OEM customers to receive orders and process orders - Make sales plan with activities details based on orders of managers
    - Propose, conduct and take care sales programs/campaign to improve sales volumes.
    - Report and make analyses and evaluation sales results for sales target achievement - Make analyses of market, competitors for proposing new policies to increase the sales.
    - Make sales forecast for purchasing products monthly. Based on sales plan and inventory data, make sales forecast & market demand & make purchase plan periodically
    - Management to staff about working time, implementation, reports…to ensure good performance from all staff.
    B. Make & plan OEM OES events
    - Make and plan OEM OES events (Seminar, Racing, Service Campaign, Motorbike care…) based on company strategy and plan of key customers (Honda, Yamaha…) to achieve target monthly & yearly
    - Make market visit plan and visit market periodically (based on visit plan) to know the situation clearly and smoothly
    - Make survey, make analyses and evaluate the survey and events results with accurate report.
    C. Manage and take care of customers (Honda, Yamaha…)
    - Build good relationship with customers (Honda, Yamaha…)
    - Manage list of customers & orders list - Manage and control POSM for OEM customers - Look for and develop new sales network/customers
    D.Coordinate sales activities based on management level’s assignments
    - Conduct & make others implementation based on order of management team.
    - Support AM sales activities based on assignment of management team
