-Master the system and translate it to team member.
-Make strategy/solution for testing that system.
-Coach the subordinates.
-Lead project team ( > 5 members) including cost, manpower.
-Assist PM to manage quality and delivery timeline
-Manage quality of project (make quality plan, analyse bug list and evaluate quality) without support of manager.
- Acting PM in some decision making, customer negotiation, team management. Advance knowledge of IT software development lifecycle.
-Can manage team size >10 members.
-Good negotiation and communication skill in Japanese.
-Be able to do resource planning and project risk assessment.
- Graduated University
-Advance knowledge of IT software development lifecycle

-5~10 years’ experience in Software/Business Analyst and/or programmer
-More than 3 years’ experience in System Project Management
-At least 5 years experience in testing projects, especially automation testing
-At least 5 years in managing team
-Telecom domain experience is preferred
-ISTQB Advance / PMP certificate is preferred.
-Japanese required : N2 or equivalent (Can read, write and communication with customer)
